How Rodna  Works

Rodna designs and delivers leadership development that is people-centred, structured, and grounded in real organisational contexts.

Her work typically includes:

  • Leadership development programmes and facilitation

  • Speaking and leadership talks for conferences and leadership days

  • Coaching for senior leaders and high-potential talent

Her focus is on sustainable behaviour change — strengthening leadership capability over time rather than delivering short-term motivation.

Speaking builds authority.
Programmes build capability.
Coaching builds depth.

Institutional & Diplomatic Engagement

Rodna’s cross-continental leadership work includes engagement with traditional and diplomatic leaders across Africa.

Her work in Ghana included engagement with King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the 18th Ga Mantse of the Ga State in Accra — reflecting her ability to operate within traditional governance and cultural leadership systems.

She has also engaged with H.E. Kufa E. Chinoza, Zimbabwean Ambassador, reinforcing her commitment to strengthening diaspora leadership connections and cross-continental collaboration between Africa and Europe.

These engagements reflect Rodna’s capacity to move confidently across corporate, governmental, diplomatic, and traditional leadership environments — bridging systems with cultural intelligence and strategic insight.

Leadership Philosophy

Rodna believes effective leadership development should:

• build competence alongside confidence
• strengthen decision-making under pressure
• be culturally intelligent and context-sensitive
• translate directly into day-to-day leadership behaviour

Leadership, in her view, is not about titles or visibility alone

- but about responsibility, clarity, and the ability to lead well when expectations are high.

This philosophy underpins all of her speaking, facilitation, and advisory work.
